Job Description
The Freshers QC Stem Cell Job at Bio-Techne involves performing essential quality control testing of stem cell products to ensure their functionality and accuracy. Youโll work with stem cells, primary cells, and various cell lines while executing laboratory assays that support product validation and research excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control testing of stem cell products under GMP guidelines.
- Execute assays, including flow cytometry, ICC, western blot, Simple Wes, and IHC.
- Culture and handle stem cells, primary cells, and cell lines for QC tests.
- Isolate primary cells from blood and tissue samples for quality evaluation.
- Maintain lab equipment, prepare reagents, and support lab maintenance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to SOP updates.
