Qualifications:
- Education: โMedizinisch-Technische Assistanceโ or equivalent; Bachelorโs in Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Background in mRNA research is preferred.
- Analytical skills: cell culture of immortalized lines, mRNA transfection, expression analysis (luminescence, western blot), ELISA, DNA/RNA handling, and molecular biology tools.
- mRNA-specific analytical methods (concentration, integrity via capillary electrophoresis) are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills in English and collaborative team spirit.
Job Description:
This research technician job vacancy involves performing laboratory manufacturing and research tasks, developing and implementing R&D protocols, and managing non-clinical studies with academic partners, CROs, and Ciplaโs CoE wet lab facilities. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in mRNA research and other advanced laboratory techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
