Life Science Jobs at Sartorius- Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and conduct application studies to support customer needs.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Sartoriusโ bioprocessing portfolio to assist the North American commercial team.
- Analyze customer workflows to design optimized process solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems and products.
- Gather and evaluate product performance data and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Track competitor products, report market trends, and support business strategy.
- Conduct lab trials and generate application data for customer evaluations.
- Participate in internal and external training programs to educate and engage stakeholders.
Inside Application Specialist- Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Biological Engineering, Biotechnology, or related Life Sciences field.
- 2+ years of bioprocessing or industry experience.
- 1+ year in process development, pilot plant, or tech transfer (preferably downstream bioprocessing).
- Familiarity with lab instrumentation, single-use technologies, and bioprocess workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools.
