Bioprocess Science Job Opportunity – Key Responsibilities
As a Bioconjugation Downstream Scientist Co-Op, you will:
- Support development of high-throughput conjugation reactions for antibody conjugates.
- Conduct bench-scale experiments using bioconjugation chemistry to assess process performance and product quality.
- Analyze and interpret experimental results using analytical and statistical techniques.
- Collaborate in weekly meetings with internal and external research teams.
- Maintain laboratory documentation and follow compliance protocols.
- Participate in the design of experiments and provide project support as required.
Qualifications Required For Bioprocess Science Job Opportunity
Education:
- Pursuing a Bachelorโs, Masterโs, or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum GPA: 2.8
- Undergraduate juniors or seniors preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in chromatography, HPLC, spectroscopy, or tangential flow filtration.
- Familiarity with biochemical assay development and protein purification processes.
