Research Associate Jobs Eurofins- Role
Eurofins PSS is seeking a Research Associate to support cell-based in vitro DDI assays on a client site in Boston, MA. The role involves cell culture, instrument maintenance, and general lab operations, supporting the transporter and enzymology group. The position starts in January 2026 and is full-time, Monday to Friday.
Biology Graduates- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and passage cells; seed assay plates for DDI assays.
- Order and restock cell culture reagents and consumables.
- Prepare cell media and buffers, including KH buffer.
- Maintain incubators, biosafety cabinets, and water baths to ensure sterility.
- Daily LC-MS maintenance and solvent refills.
- Perform simple transporter inhibition assays and other duties as assigned.
Research Associate Jobs Eurofins- Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in in vitro pharmaceutical or biotech labs.
- Skilled in cell culture and/or LC-MS/MS bioanalysis.
- Experience in drug research and development, preferably in DMPK.
- Preferred but not required: experience with in vitro ADME assays and report writing.
Education & Experience:

BS/BA in Biology or related field with 1–4 years of experience OR

MS in Biology or related field with 0–2 years of experience.

Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restrictions.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
- Pay range: $27 – $32 per hour, depending on education and experience.
