Research Jobs at Evotec- Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Associate Scientist who is passionate about scientific discovery and hands-on experimentation. In this role, you’ll develop and execute plate-based assays, contribute to impurities and potency testing, and help advance innovative biologic characterization programs.
Research Jobs at Evotec- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical sample testing with ELISA assays and other plate-based assay formats.
- Maintain detailed documentation of lab procedures and data.
- Support development and implementation of impurities assays, potency ELISAs, and plate-based assays for functional characterization.
- Assist in assay transfer to QC GMP teams and train other analysts.
- Contribute to assay automation and technology improvement initiatives using liquid handling robots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Present findings, ideas, and results in team discussions and reports.
Senior Associate Scientist Position- Qualifications:
- BS (1–5 years’ experience) or MS (0–3 years) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Experienced in plate-based assays, sample preparation, and pipetting (multichannel/single channel).
- Skilled in maintaining accurate experimental documentation.
- A problem-solver with curiosity and adaptability in a dynamic lab environment.
- A strong communicator who enjoys collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Self-motivated and eager to explore new scientific challenges.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $83,000–$87,000, complemented by a discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) match, paid time off, and wellness initiatives.
