Educational Requirements for Immunology Scientist Job Role:
- Bachelorโs degree in a scientific discipline with 3โ5 years of relevant experience, or
- Masterโs degree with at least 1 year of experience in Biology, Immunology, or related field
Key Responsibilities for Immunology Scientist Job Role:
- Manage and analyze clinical study samples, including skin tissue.
- Perform cell isolation, culture, and ex vivo assays using human immune cells.
- Conduct molecular biology techniques (RNA/protein extraction, qPCR, RNAseq, immunoassays).
- Perform and interpret IHC/IF staining and image analysis via HALO-AI or similar software.
- Support assay development, optimization, and biomarker discovery.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for translational research.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain detailed experimental records.
- Contribute to scientific publications and conference presentations.

Skills Required:
- Strong experience in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
- Familiarity with spatial transcriptomics, scRNAseq, and data analysis platforms.
- Proficiency with TECAN automation and HALO-AI image analysis preferred.
- Background in inflammation or immunology research highly desired.
- Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay Range: $88,000 โ $141,450 per year
- Eligible for annual performance bonus, long-term incentive program, and 401(k)

- Vacation: Up to 120 hours/year
- Sick Leave: 40โ56 hours/year (depending on state)
