Biotechnology Jobs at Nova- Role:
As a Technical Product Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for end users, field engineers, and sales representatives, providing expert technical assistance on Nova’s biotech and diagnostic instruments. You’ll troubleshoot complex systems, assist with preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality customer support.
Biotechnology Jobs at Nova- Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and field teams to resolve technical issues with Nova analyzers
- Document support interactions and resolutions in the Pivotal Database
- Participate in 24/7 technical support rotation and assist in new employee training
- Support internal departments including R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality Control
- Occasionally travel to customer sites for hands-on support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, or Electronics
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent technical and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with biotechnology, bioengineering, or biologics manufacturing preferred
- Entry-level; prior lab or biotech experience is an advantage
