Randstad is seeking a QC Microbiology Lab Analyst in Berkeley, California. This contract position offers $30 โ $36.77 per hour, 9-to-5 work hours, and requires a bachelorโs degree in microbiology or a related field. The role involves performing microbiology assays to support GMP, clinical, and development product releases.
Microbiology Jobs in California- Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day QC microbiology laboratory operations.
- Conduct microbiological tests on in-process samples, including growth promotion testing.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory.
- Demonstrate ability to learn new skills and achieve proficiency.
- Support method verifications for clinical and commercial products.
Microbiology Lab Analyst Jobs- Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Microbiology or a related scientific field.
- 1โ2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in pharmaceutical/biotech and GMP environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to follow written procedures.
