Quality Assurance Specialistย Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join the Quality Department in Austin, TX. This role involves supporting and managing quality processes, including CAPA, SCAR, NCMR, and Quality KPI processes, providing a great Freshers Job opportunity in a Life Science Job environment.
Key Responsibilities as Quality Assurance Specialist
- Support the initiation, investigation, and closure of CAPA, SCAR, and NCMR
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Monitor and report the status of open quality records
- Assist in root cause analysis and effectiveness verification for CAPAs and SCARs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement
Requirementsย ย
- Familiarity with CAPA, SCAR, NCMR, and Quality KPI processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with OBIEE and Agile PLM preferred
