Position Summary

  • The Computational Biology Summer Internship 2026 offers an exceptional opportunity for students to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Interns in this computational biology intern role will:
  • Analyze internal and public multi-omics and perturbational datasets to uncover biomarker and pathway signatures

  • Build reproducible R/Python pipelines and implement published methods

  • Integrate orthogonal evidence, such as network/pathway context and prior knowledge graphs, to increase confidence in findings

  • Develop simple prioritization scorecards to nominate hypotheses (e.g., candidate drug combinations or multi-target strategies)

  • Communicate results via clear figures, notebooks, and presentations to cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Experience for Computational Biology Internship

  • Ideal candidates are MS or PhD students with experience in:
  • Programming with Python or R

  • Statistical modeling and machine learning frameworks

  • Network analysis and multi-omics/systems biology methods (e.g., transcriptomics/proteomics)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
