Key Responsibilities:

Raw Material Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of various raw materials, ingredients, and their functional applications in beverage products.

Project Support: Assist in ingredient-focused projects, supplier qualification, cost-saving initiatives, and production challenge resolutions.

Data Integrity: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accurate ingredient data entry and management.

Laboratory Analysis: Conduct analytical tests (pH, acidity, density, Brix) and maintain detailed laboratory records.

Process Improvement: Update SOPs and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Sensory, Regulatory, and Quality teams.

Vendor Communication: Coordinate with external vendors to obtain regulatory and technical documents promptly.
Qualifications for Research Associate Job:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or related fields.

Experience: Prior exposure to R&D, Quality Assurance, or Ingredients functions within the food or beverage industry.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong data management, and communication abilities.
