Introduction of the Job
PSC Biotech is seeking a Tech Transfer Support associate to assist in GMP manufacturing operations, technology transfer activities, and routine production support. This Transfer Officer role involves hands-on processing tasks, equipment monitoring, aseptic techniques, and compliance with strict quality and safety procedures.
Job Details
- Perform well-defined GMP manufacturing procedures
- Monitor equipment & conduct basic 6S housekeeping
- Conduct lab tasks: sampling, pH, conductivity, osmolality checks
- Perform facility sanitization and follow aseptic practices
- Complete training on CIP/SIP and basic tank/instrument operations
- Handle product and materials with aseptic technique
- Troubleshoot routine process & equipment issues
- Prepare and operate equipment per schedule
- Follow SOPs, logbooks & Batch Records (BRs)
- Submit samples via LIMS
- Manual handling: push 1000L pallet tank with team support, charge 12kg raw material bags
Work Schedule: 8-month contract, rotating shifts (2-2-3 pattern)
Transport: Own transport preferred

Educational Requirements for Transfer Officer Job:
