Educational Requirements for the Life Science Internship:
- Full-time undergraduate student at an accredited U.S. college/university
- Graduation date after August 2026
- Fields preferred: Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, STEM-related disciplines
- Masterโs or PhD students should apply to internship postings suited to their level
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform experiments including cell culture, aseptic techniques, ELISA, qPCR, Western blotting, flow cytometry, and imaging
- Conduct DNA/RNA extraction, cloning, transfection, and CRISPR-based gene editing
- Support protein purification, HPLC/UPLC, mass spectrometry preparation, and stability testing
- Maintain accurate electronic lab notebooks and follow SOPs
- Analyze and present data in team meetings
- Adhere to EHS, biosafety protocols, and support lab upkeep
