- Hourly Rate: $26.44 โ $32.04 per hour.
About the Role
Join Bristol Myers Squibbโs Cell Therapy team, where you will support routine GMP manufacturing operations that directly impact patients’ lives. This role requires enthusiasm, attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Shifts Available
- Day Shift: 6 AM โ 6 PM (rotating, includes weekends & holidays)
- Night Shift: 6 PM โ 6 AM (rotating, includes weekends & holidays)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute patient process unit operations per SOPs and batch records.
- Complete GMP documentation for process transfer, validation, and manufacturing activities.
- Maintain compliance with safety policies, quality systems, and GMP standards.
- Complete assigned technical training.
- Assist in setting up manufacturing equipment and performing commissioning tasks.
- Follow batch records, SOPs, and work instructions during operations.
- Support scheduling and workflow across multi-shift operations.
- Work in a cleanroom environment, performing aseptic processing and area disinfection.
Knowledge & Skills for Life Science Jobs
- Strong motivation to learn and perform Cell Therapy manufacturing tasks.
- Ability to work assigned shift schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Comfortable working with human blood components and near strong magnets.
- Cleanroom and aseptic processing capability.
- Understanding of cGMP and FDA requirements (preferred).
Basic Requirements For Life Science Jobsย
- High school diploma and 0โ2 years of relevant GMP bioprocessing or cell therapy experience
OR
Bachelorโs degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline (preferred)
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Standing/walking for extended periods
- Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
- Climbing, bending, kneeling, twisting
- Repetitive hand/arm movements
- Wearing daily PPE and full cleanroom gowning (e.g., gloves, safety glasses, full-body gown, hairnet)
