Educational Requirements for the Research Associate Role:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related fields

Key Responsibilities of the Research Associate Role:

  • Prepare experimental protocols and conduct biological experiments
  • Plan and organize activities across multiple subjects with scientists
  • Consolidate data, analyze results, and propose follow-up experiments
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex problems
  • Document work through technical reports and briefs
  • Present findings through oral presentations
  • Support manufacturing, QC, and field application teams during knowledge transfer
  • Manage lab equipment and ensure process improvements
  • Maintain smooth lab operations through organization and adherence to quality standards
