Position Summary
They are seeking a creative and technically strong Scientist or Senior Scientist with expertise in protein analytics and antibody characterization. You will lead efforts to measure proteinโprotein interactions, characterize antibody properties, and develop high-throughput screening methodologies. In Scientist Jobs at Manifold Bio, your data will directly guide lead optimization, Test Article formulation, and advancement of internal therapeutic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive projects investigating binding kinetics and target engagement of therapeutic proteins.
- Characterize individual binders to support Test Article formulation strategy.
- Develop pipelines to screen hundreds to thousands of binders and analyze resulting datasets.
- Apply Manifoldโs in vivo multiplexing technologies to assess molecule performance.
- Generate, interpret, and clearly communicate high-quality, decision-enabling data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance therapeutic programs.
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to scientific and strategic discussions.
Required Qualifications for Scientist Jobs at Manifold Bio
- PhD (or equivalent experience) in protein biochemistry, molecular biology, bioengineering, or related field.
- Proven expertise in protein analytics and interaction assessment (e.g., BLI, SPR, ELISA, aSEC, DLS, CE-SDS/cIEF).
