Educational Requirements for Quality Control Assoc role:
- A bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of related experience in QC chemistry or quality control jobs.
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory analysis of in-process, finished product, raw materials, stability samples, and environmental monitoring.
- Use wet chemistry techniques and instruments such as HPLC, UV/Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, TOC, and pH meter.
- Prepare analytical standards and reagents according to specifications.
- Perform routine qualification, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Follow cGMP, GLPs, SOPs, USP, and FDA guidelines.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a high-quality work environment.
Skills Required for Quality Control Assoc role:
