Educational Requirements for Research Associate Role:
- Master’s degree in Molecular and Cell Biology, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in molecular and cell biology
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine assignments per SOPs and identify deviations
- Support cell line generation and cell-based assays
- Work under supervision or independently as required
- Contribute to departmental goals and overall operations
- Follow GLP and GMP standards and WuXi AppTec policies
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations
Skills Required for Research Associate Role:
- Proficiency in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with vendors and technical teams
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
