Educational Requirements:

Key Responsibilities for Microbiologist role:

  • Conduct microbiological analyses of raw materials, finished products, and water samples
  • Prepare media and reagents for laboratory testing
  • Perform analyses using USP, EP, ASTM, AOAC, FDA, EPA, and client-supplied procedures
  • Follow aseptic techniques and laboratory SOPs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in LIMS and notebooks
  • Perform quality assurance tasks such as lab monitoring, media qualification, and equipment calibration
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory work area
  • Stay current with microbiological literature and standards

Skills Required for Microbiologist role:
