Key Responsibilities
- Perform biologics production using mammalian suspension cell culture
- Maintain cultures in flasks, bags, and bioreactors
- Ensure accurate, detailed GMP/GLP documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project milestones
- Present data, plans, and updates to project teams
- Build strong relationships with internal and external collaborators
Education & Experience for a Scientist Job
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field + 2–4 years experience, OR
- Master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience are considered
Required Skills
- Strong aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture expertise
- Bioreactor experience (scale-up preferred)
- GLP experience
- Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail
