Position Summary
ICON is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join its diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the execution and oversight of clinical trials, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and patient safety while contributing to the development of innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Ensure protocol compliance, data accuracy, and patient safety throughout the trial lifecycle.
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to ensure smooth study execution.
- Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
- Support preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.
Qualifications for Remote Job
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel at least 60% (domestic and international); valid driver’s license required.
