Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years production experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree in any Life Science discipline
Key Responsibilities for Production Lab Tech role:
- Stage, fill, cap, label, and overpack liquid, powder, and lyophilized products using manual and semi-automated processes
- Handle hazardous and aseptic products safely in controlled environments
- Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot semi-automated and automated fill lines, cappers, and labelers
- Follow ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, and safety protocols
- Train other operators, participate in process improvement, and maintain clean work areas
- Transport materials safely using proper handling equipment
Skills Required for Production Lab Tech role:
- 1+ years general lab equipment experience
- Experience weighing chemicals and working in ISO/GMP environments
- Basic math, metrics, and conversion knowledge
- Mechanical skills for pumps, electronic balances, and material handling equipment
