Educational Requirements:
- BS in Biology or related field
- 0–1 year of experience preferred
- Strong understanding of molecular and cell biology procedures

Key Responsibilities for Research Associate Role:
- Perform routine assignments per SOPs with minimal supervision
- Support cell line generation and cell-based assays
- Contribute to departmental goals under supervision of senior personnel
- Follow applicable regulations, GLP, GMP, and company SOPs
- Collaborate in team projects and work independently when needed
- Assist in other departments as required
Skills Required for Research Associate Role:
- Hands-on experience in molecular biology and mammalian cell culture
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to operate and maintain lab instruments
