About the Project Manager Role

We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Laboratory to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing laboratory-related aspects of clinical studies, acting as a key liaison between sponsors and ICON teams, and ensuring the successful execution of multiple studies in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sponsors regarding ICON laboratory services
- Manage the day-to-day oversight of 10–15 studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Represent ICON at Sponsor meetings and provide professional study updates
- Communicate study progress clearly and consistently, delivering regular management reports
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution
- Provide ICOLAB support to Sponsor personnel
- Maintain accurate study documentation and timelines
Your Profile For the Project Manager Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence representing the organization externally
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent studies while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- High attention to detail and strong organizational and time-management skills
