Educational Requirements for the Technologist Role:
- Degree in Food Science, Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Background in FMCG or food manufacturing is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Support RDQ activities for new product development, portfolio maintenance, and productivity projects in this Technologist Role.
- Execute projects aligned with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements
- Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials following GMP and HACCP standards
- Support development activities, including shelf-life testing, consumer testing preparation, and design for quality
- Analyze, interpret, and document experimental and trial data
- Write technical reports with conclusions and actionable recommendations
- Create, update, and maintain accurate consumer-led product specifications
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively within cross-functional teams
Skills & Experience Required for the Food Science Jobs at Mondelēz:
