Educational Requirements for the Technologist Role: 

  • Degree in Food Science, Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Background in FMCG or food manufacturing is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support RDQ activities for new product development, portfolio maintenance, and productivity projects in this Technologist Role.
  • Execute projects aligned with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements
  • Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials following GMP and HACCP standards
  • Support development activities, including shelf-life testing, consumer testing preparation, and design for quality
  • Analyze, interpret, and document experimental and trial data
  • Write technical reports with conclusions and actionable recommendations
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate consumer-led product specifications
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively within cross-functional teams

Skills & Experience Required for the Food Science Jobs at Mondelēz:

  • Fundamental technical knowledge in food science or engineering
  • Experience working independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to identify problems proactively and implement solutions
