Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a health-related field
- Equivalent relevant clinical research experience may also be considered
Key Responsibilities of Clinical Research Associate Role:
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and ICH guidelines
- Collaborate with site staff on subject recruitment and enrollment strategies
- Deliver protocol and study-specific training to site personnel
- Monitor CRF completion, regulatory submissions, and data query resolution
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF) documentation
- Document site visits, follow-ups, and site management activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support trial execution
Skills Required for Clinical Research Associate Role:
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience in oncology solid tumor monitoring
- Excellent communication and site management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clinical sites independently
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
