Educational Requirements:
- B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field
- Prior experience or foundational knowledge of cGMP compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities of Scientist Role:
- Execute GMP analytical testing following approved procedures
- Author and contribute to SOPs, analytical methods, and controlled documents
- Maintain inspection readiness and GMP training compliance
- Support equipment qualification and analytical method validation
- Ensure daily laboratory operations, instrument readiness, and safe practices
- Train, mentor, and onboard laboratory team members
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, development, automation, and data teams
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, HSE, and quality systems
