Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field OR
  • Minimum 1 year experience in cGMP operations

Key Responsibilities of Bioprocessing Associate Role:

  • Perform biologics clinical manufacturing tasks, including material weigh/dispense and medium/buffer preparation.
  • Analyze in-process samples using osmometer, pH/conductivity meters, and scales.
  • Maintain dispensing, medium, and buffer preparation rooms in inspection-ready condition.
  • Develop, execute, and review SOPs and batch documentation according to cGMP.
  • Assist in change control documentation and deviation investigations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
  • Work collaboratively across teams and adapt to flexible schedules, including shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Skills Required for Bioprocessing Associate Role:

  • Strong knowledge of bioprocessing and cGMP compliance in biologics manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with SOPs, batch records, medium/buffer solution preparation, and single-use systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project.
  • Problem-solving, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams.
