Educational Requirements:
- BSc or equivalent in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Hands-on laboratory experience with cell culture, biological assays, and advanced cell techniques.
Key Responsibilities of the Assay Scientist Role:
- Perform routine lab research including cell culture, sample prep, and assay reagent/media supply.
- Conduct biological assays using manual and automated techniques.
- Analyze and report data using corporate tools and QC procedures.
- Track assay performance and suggest improvements to methodology.
- Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and innovations.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational guidelines.
