Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, recommend, and develop new ingredients for international markets in the Food Science Jobs at HelloFresh
- Develop and execute strategies for new ingredient launches and quality improvements
- Drive ingredient portfolio optimization in collaboration with Procurement and FSQA
- Lead the product workstream in international tenders, setting quality standards
- Conduct and lead sensory evaluations for international tenders in the Food Science Jobs
- Present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sensory across HelloFresh
- Support oversight of the sensory lab and sensory panels
- Partner with Procurement and local ingredient teams on global initiatives in the Food Science Jobs at HelloFresh
Skills Required for the Food Science Jobs:
- Strong background in ingredient development, sensory science, or product strategy
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or management consulting, preferably within the food or FMCG industries
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfort working in a data-driven environment
- Proven ability to drive change in complex, cross-functional organizations
- Passion for food and interest in ingredient quality and innovation
