About the Freshers Job Role
Indegene is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Associate – Scientific Writing to support the development of scientific and medical communication deliverables. This entry-level role is ideal for life science graduates or postgraduates looking to build foundational experience in medical communications.
Prior medical or therapy-area expertise is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Content Assembly & Formatting
- Provide tactical support in assembling slide decks and modules using globally approved materials from the MLR asset library
- Format and structure content accurately and professionally using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Quality & Compliance Review
- Ensure completeness and alignment of final outputs with global assets and/or shared tactical plans
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and adherence to approved references and templates
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with senior medical writers and medical teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of content
- Communicate proactively to track progress, clarify requirements, and meet project timelines
Required Skills & QualificationsÂ
Education
- MPharm
- MSc / Master’s equivalent
- PharmD
Experience
- 0–1 year of professional experience (freshers are welcome)
- Experience or comfort working with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Language
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
