Educational Requirements for the Internship:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Shamrock Farms dairy quality team accurately and timely manner in the Quality Assurance Internship in the USA
- Assist with routine sampling and testing of in-process and finished dairy products
- In the Quality Assurance Internship at Shamrock Foods, you should support daily audits of production areas to ensure compliance with GMP and sanitation standards
- Maintain QA records and documentation for regulatory and internal audits
- Perform additional duties as assigned
