Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Data Analysis: Analyze genomic, transcriptomic, or proteomic datasets using modern bioinformatics tools and pipelines
  • Algorithm Development and Optimization: Develop and refine algorithms for sequence alignment, variant calling, gene expression analysis, and network biology
  • Software Development: Contribute to bioinformatics software tool development and enhancement to meet team research needs
  • Collaborative Research: Provide bioinformatics expertise across cross-functional teams to support ongoing research projects
  • Data Interpretation and Reporting: Analyze complex biological data and prepare reports and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Literature Review and Research: Stay updated on bioinformatics methodologies and integrate new approaches into ongoing projects

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or related field
