Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Analyze genomic, transcriptomic, or proteomic datasets using modern bioinformatics tools and pipelines
- Algorithm Development and Optimization: Develop and refine algorithms for sequence alignment, variant calling, gene expression analysis, and network biology
- Software Development: Contribute to bioinformatics software tool development and enhancement to meet team research needs
