Educational Requirements for this Internship:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or related fields
- Practical laboratory experience in recombinant protein/antibody expression preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Resuscitation, passage, transfection, and culture of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO
- Data analysis and processing of cell culture experiments
- Preparation of experimental records and reports
- Operate bioreactors and centrifuges in this Life Science Internship at GenScript Careers
- Prepare buffers and reagents
- Formulate and update SOPs
- Manage and maintain laboratory instruments
- Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor

- Develop purification schemes based on order requirements
