Educational Requirements for this Job:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Chemistry, or related scientific discipline
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform resuscitation, passage, transfection, and culture of mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO in this Biotechnologist Job in Singapore
- Conduct cell culture experiments with data analysis and documentation
- Operate bioreactors and centrifuges
- Prepare buffers and reagents
- Purify recombinant antibodies and proteins using affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, and size exclusion chromatography
