Internship Overview
The internship program provides students with the opportunity to gain real-world business experience and build professional networks before graduation.
The selected intern will join a growing organization and will be expected to learn the organization’s daily routines and procedures. The role focuses on understanding how the organization operates and gaining valuable insights that support career development in the chosen field.
The intern will work at the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant in Monza, supporting the new mRNA Department. Using their academic background, the intern will gain hands-on experience in a multifaceted and international manufacturing environment.
Internship Duration and Responsibilities
During the six-month paid internship, the intern will focus on the following activities:
- Collaborate with colleagues in supporting planning and follow-up activities related to mRNA projects.
- Assist colleagues in drafting and reviewing documentation related to project management, including planning documents, risk trackers, and contract changes.
- Support colleagues in organizing meetings and maintaining correspondence between internal teams and client teams.
Requirements
Education
MSc degree or equivalent (depending on the country) in a scientific field such as Biotechnology.
Languages
Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and Italian.
Technical Skills
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
