Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in R&D rotations across different functions such as product development, packaging, and process technology in this R&D Trainee Program.
- Support innovation projects aimed at improving existing products and developing new food and beverage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand consumer needs and market trends.
- Work on an individual business project applying problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Gain exposure to field sales placements to better understand products and consumer behavior.
- Contribute to projects that support the growth and success of Kraft Heinz’s global brands.
Educational Requirements for this Program:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a technical background, such as STEM fields, Food, Technology, Nutrition
- Graduation year 2025 or later.
- Maximum 1 year of work experience after graduation.
