Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in R&D rotations across different functions such as product development, packaging, and process technology in this R&D Trainee Program.
  • Support innovation projects aimed at improving existing products and developing new food and beverage solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand consumer needs and market trends.
  • Work on an individual business project applying problem-solving and analytical skills.

Educational Requirements for this Program:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a technical background, such as STEM fields, Food, Technology, Nutrition
  • Graduation year 2025 or later.
  • Maximum 1 year of work experience after graduation.
