Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize cell therapy products, including CAR-T therapies in this Scientist Job in the USA
- Conduct experimental studies for process development
- Execute characterization plans and stability studies as a Cell Therapy Development Scientist.
- Perform technical data analysis and trend evaluation
- Design and manage formulation and fill/finish processes
- Work on cryopreservation and cell culture techniques in this Scientist Job
- Prepare technical reports and regulatory documentation
- Present research findings to internal teams and management at Johnson & Johnson Careers
- Ensure compliance with good laboratory practices (GLP/GMP)
Qualifications Required for this Job:
- B.S. or M.S. in a relevant scientific discipline
- 1–2 years of laboratory experience in related fields
Skills Required:
- Mammalian cell culture expertise
- Knowledge of CAR-T production (preferred)
- Data analysis and biophysical assay interpretation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Laboratory experiment execution and reporting
- Understanding of GLP/GMP standards
- Cryopreservation and cryobiology (preferred)
- Project management and scientific research skills
