Key Responsibilities:
- Lead computational modeling for RNA therapeutics development in this Computational Biology Job in the USA
- Analyze end-to-end processes from drug administration to pharmacological effects
- Collaborate with global scientists, statisticians, and data teams at Lilly Careers
- Develop multi-scale modeling platforms (tissue and whole-body levels)
- Identify factors affecting drug potency and off-target effects as a Research Advisor.
- Utilize internal and external datasets for research insights in this Computational Biology Job

Educational Requirements for this Job:
PhD in Computational Biology, Systems Biology, Biophysics, Toxicology, or related field
Skills Required:
- Expertise in computational modeling and biological systems
- Strong programming skills (Python, R, or similar)
- Knowledge of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
- Experience with RNA therapeutics and related datasets (preferred)
- Familiarity with PBPK modeling tools (e.g., SimCyp, GastroPlus)
- Strong data analysis, interpretation, and visualization skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
