R&D Tea Division Intern Role Summary
The Summer R&D Intern role is designed for a motivated and detail-oriented individual interested in scientific research, product development, and practical laboratory experience. The intern will work closely with the Research & Development and Quality teams, supporting ongoing projects while contributing to innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily laboratory activities, including sample preparation, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Support research and development efforts by collecting data, performing testing, and documenting results.
- Collaborate with team members on assigned individual projects based on organizational needs.
- Follow all laboratory safety protocols and quality procedures.
