- Shift: Tuesday–Friday, rotating weekends (11:00 PM – 9:30 AM)
- Bonus: $12,500 sign-on bonus (external candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate specimen acceptability for testing in this Biology Job in the USA
- Perform routine and complex laboratory procedures as per SOPs
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
- Make technical decisions related to testing and problem-solving
- Prepare and evaluate reagents and controls as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
- Report accurate and timely test results
- Conduct preventive maintenance and quality control procedures at LabCorp Careers
- Manage testing supplies and assist in specimen processing in this Biology Job
- Maintain laboratory safety and follow PPE guidelines
Educational Requirements for this Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
- Must meet CLIA and state regulatory requirements
- Florida State Medical Technologist (MT) license is required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical lab experience OR MLS degree
- ASCP, AMT, or ABB certification preferred
