Program Overview
The internship is part of an 11-week summer program running from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Interns will gain hands-on experience by working in real roles within the organization. Two positions are available: one in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and one in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and collaborate with employees across functional teams.
- Support plant-level processes to ensure production of high-quality food products.
- Assist in overseeing quality control measures.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP.

Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Willingness to relocate and demonstrate geographic flexibility for the internship.
