Job Description
Research Officer Job responsibilities include providing technical support for postdoctoral researchers such as assisting with cell culture, flow cytometry and related experiments.
Manage mouse colonies, perform genotyping and animal housekeeping.
Maintain accurate records of research projects, including documentation of all research work and animal work. Other lab and administrative duties to support lab operations eg. ordering, maintaining inventories.
Qualifications
Research Officer Job requirements include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field.
- Prior experience with molecular biology, mouse work, cell culture, and flow cytometry preferred but not required.
- Responsible, motivated, organized, and able to work independently and with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
