Lab Technician Job Description
Lab technician job responsibilities at Moderna involve supporting Immunoassay development and clinical testing programs across multiple therapeutic areas. The selected candidate will join the Immunoassays group on a 12-month contract and work within the Clinical Biomarker Laboratory team.
The Laboratory Technician will support assay development, qualification, validation, and clinical sample testing to generate high-quality data for clinical trials conducted by Moderna. This biotechnology job requires strong laboratory skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple project teams. The position reports directly to the Associate Director, Immunoassay UK.

Educational Qualification
- BSc or MSc Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
Required Skills
- Experience working in a laboratory environment
- Strong work ethics and ability to work independently

Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and GraphPad Prism
