Key Responsibilities of a QC Associate Job
- Perform routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
- May review GMP documentation and verify data.
- Support document revision, project, CAPA, and deviation/investigation-related tasks and/or continuous improvement efforts.
- May train the associate on general job duties.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Bioanalytical Science, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- An associate degree with relevant laboratory experience may be considered for this QC Associate Job.
- Netherlands candidates with HLO qualifications are preferred.
- MLO Level 4 with equivalent experience may also be considered.
Skills Required for a QC Associate Job
- Knowledge of laboratory testing and quality control procedures.
- Understanding of GMP-regulated environments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow scientific procedures accurately.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and safety practices.
- Knowledge of cell biology, molecular biology, flow cytometry, qPCR, or aseptic techniques is preferred.
