Life Sciences Job Description
Life sciences job professionals in this role will play a critical part in coordinating site-level activities throughout the start-up phase of clinical studies and, when required, through study closeout activities. The Site Navigator I serves as the primary point of contact for investigative sites and supports smooth progression from feasibility assessments and site outreach through activation and maintenance phases.
The position requires strong regulatory knowledge, effective site management, site support and training capabilities, and close collaboration between sponsors, CRO teams, and clinical site personnel.
Qualifications
- Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Laboratory Technology, or related field.
- Alternatively, 2–3 years of clinical research experience.
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP, RA, and IRB/IEC regulations.
- Fluent in the local language and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in clinical research, medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, data management, or related fields.
- Scientific background and clinical research experience preferred.
- Familiarity with investigator start-up documentation is an advantage.
