Biology Research Job Description
Biology research professionals joining Professor Ilana Witten’s laboratory at the Princeton Neuroscience Institute will contribute to neuroscience research projects focused on understanding neural circuits involved in reward-related behaviors.
The successful applicant will be energetic and detail-oriented with at least two years of experience in a wet lab research setting. The Research Specialist will work closely with graduate students and postdoctoral research fellows while supporting experimental research activities involving animal behavior, optogenetics, and histological analysis.

Biology research job applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Neuroscience, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a wet lab research setting.
Preferred

- Familiarity with MATLAB, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Research experience involving neuroscience methodologies.
