Microbiology Job Description

Qualifications

- High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of pharmaceutical sampling, laboratory, aseptic, or quality experience.
Preferred
- Experience in aseptic controlled environments.
- SAP knowledge.
- Strong understanding of cGMP.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Microbiology Job – Key Responsibilities

- Sample material according to plan without contamination.
- Fill out appropriate documentation and adjust inventory in SAP.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure sampling occurs according to schedule.

- Interact with regulatory agencies such as FDA and clients to explain sampling processes.
- Train backup technicians on sampling duties.

- Keep management informed of sampling problems in a timely manner.
