Freshers QC Job Description
Freshers QC Job seekers will support the Quality Control team in maintaining food safety and product quality. The intern will assist in reviewing supplier documentation, maintaining organized quality records, coordinating laboratory testing, validating product specifications, and ensuring complete traceability from supplier to shipment.
This QC intern job also involves reviewing Certificates of Analysis (COAs), inspection reports, shipping documents, and supporting product validation activities. The intern will communicate with suppliers, laboratories, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
Qualifications
Freshers QC Job applicants should meet the following requirements.
Education
- University degree (or equivalent) in a Life Science
- Preferred disciplines include: Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or Related Life Science field
Experience
- 0–1 years of experience.

Freshers QC Job – Key Responsibilities
- Review supplier documents and product specifications.
- Support preparation of documents for internal and customer approvals.
- Organize and track supplier and product validation documents.
- Assist with planning and coordinating laboratory testing based on sampling plans.
- Review laboratory results (COAs) against product specifications.
- Maintain accurate quality records and report abnormal test results.
- Review shipping documents, including COAs, inspection reports, invoices, certificates, and packing lists.
- Support quality checks to ensure only compliant products are released for shipment.
- Assist in reviewing non-conformities and tracking corrective actions until closure.
- Maintain traceability across shipments, laboratory reports, batches, and inspection records.
- Communicate effectively with laboratories, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams regarding quality-related matters.
